Last Updated: June 30, 2026

1. Introduction

Fooze ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Fooze mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our App. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

A randomly-assigned account identifierCreated automatically the first time you open the App so we can maintain your session, preferences, and connected platforms without requiring you to sign up. This identifier is not linked to your name or email unless you create a Fooze account.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

(a) Provide the core service: browsing restaurants, comparing prices, and facilitating orders across delivery platforms;

(b) Create and manage your Fooze account;

(c) Maintain active sessions with connected delivery platforms;

(d) Display accurate pricing, delivery estimates, and promotions;

(e) Improve and optimize the App;

(f) Communicate with you about your account or changes to our policies;

(g) Comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Store Your Information

4.1 Platform Login and Session Tokens

You sign in to each delivery platform on that platform's own login page within the App. Fooze does not see, capture, or store your platform username or password. To keep you signed in and retrieve information on your behalf, the App stores the resulting session tokens on your device in the operating system's secure keystore (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and transmits them to our servers, where they are held only in memory for the duration of your session and are never written to disk or stored at rest.

4.2 Account Data

Your Fooze account information (email and password) is stored on our servers using industry-standard encryption and security practices.

4.3 Delivery Addresses and Location

When you set, select, or look up a delivery address (whether typed in, chosen from a connected platform, or derived from your device location), we store your active and saved delivery addresses — including their approximate geographic coordinates — on our servers. We use this to show you nearby restaurants and to prefill your address for future orders. You can change or remove your saved addresses in the App, and they are deleted when you delete your account.

4.4 Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Platform session tokens stored on your device are removed when you disconnect a platform or uninstall the App.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

(a) With third-party delivery platforms: When you use the App to browse, compare, or place orders, we transmit necessary data (such as your delivery address) to the relevant platforms to fulfill your requests.

(b) Service providers: We may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, or error tracking. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

(c) Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request.

(d) Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

(a) Access the personal data we hold about you;

(b) Correct inaccurate personal data;

(c) Delete your personal data and account;

(d) Disconnect third-party platform accounts at any time through the App;

(e) Withdraw consent for location tracking through your device settings;

We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us at support@eatfooze.com.

8. Children's Privacy

10. Third-Party Links and Services
